Little Rock, Arkansas

My trip to Arkansas was fabulous! I met so many Southern genealogists, and it was a lot of fun to mingle with so many people with the common interest of family history.

Here is a peek at something I have never seen before, the Peabody Hotel Duck Parade. They do this every morning and night and these ducks hang out in the hotel lobby fountain during the day.

I also got to help man the FamilySearch booth for an afternoon. I met very interesting people who I never would have guessed were interested in their family, but they'd heard of the big National event at the Peabody and came to learn what they could about their families.
