I spent a really fun weekend at Mom and Dad's two weekends ago. While I was there I picked a large box of apples. After going to every kitchen store in my area, I finally found a the special grinder that will make applesauce easily. I spent last weekend canning applesauce.
Today was all about dried apples! I'm so excited to have some of this for the winter ahead.
